World Religions

Ideas Roadshow’s resources in world religions are, by and large, not expositions of specific religious beliefs and practices and thus not tied directly to the syllabus, serving instead to provide contextual and motivational insights for students concerning more general aspects related to broader themes involving the sociology and anthropology of religion and religious practices.  That being said, however, many of our resources could play a significant role in sparking student interest in a particular thematic direction for an internal assessment or an extended essay in world religions. See the relevant page of Ideas Roadshow’s EE Guide for more details.

Ideas Roadshow’s IBDP Portal also includes a wide range of resources to explicitly integrate TOK into your World Religions course, including our TOK Connections Overview Video for World Religions and TOK Connections Guide for World Religions.
